1. Confirm that whether the device supports the memory card or not. Try accessing the memory card on any other device.

2. Check that the memory card has been properly inserted in the card reader, camera, or mobile phone.

3. After undertaking above two processes, if your problem persist then check that if you have complete backup of your photos. In case, you have complete backup then just format the memory card and restore all photos from the backup.

4. In case, you do not have backup the condition becomes worse. It is now a challenge to recover photos from the corrupted memory card.
